Architecture of the solution is based on the expedient technological communication (OTC). The solution consists of duplicated programming switches, cCS, on the stations, to which the operators connect and form circuits (conference OTC), nonduplicated programming switches, cCS, on station, to which the less important operators connect, other subscribers, the connection is established to the radio stations, and other existing lines.

The solution is based on IP and consists of several cCS along the way, connected with connecting lines SIP. Reserve routes are presented with additional SL SIP, which physically connected to the geographically separated channels. Existing systems are connected to the new system via E1 channels, and signals DSS.
